2 months agoby mandahowlandIt’s so weird because there are like 15-20 pounds difference in these pictures (I’ve gained some weight in the last few months). Our bodies are always changing and it’s so important to be easy on ourselves and love what we have. Emphasize the things you truly like and trick yourself into loving what you don’t really like. That confidence will go a looooong way and people might even ask if you lost weight just because you chilled out a bit

2 months agoby mandahowlandLadies... you’re not gonna look like a man if you lift weights. Because. Well. You’re not a man. Unless you are then that’s different. Even if you do get bulky, that’s what you got so roll with it and love it! Muscle helps strengthen your bones, burn fat, reduces the affects of aging. Which by the way you lose muscle as you age unless your building it. So GO LIFT WEIGHTS. Even if it’s your own body weight. Listen, if your body moves and you’re capable, USE IT.
2 months agoby mandahowlandI am LOVING this program. It’s crazy how much progress you can make with just 4 workouts a week. AND they’re all under 40 minutes - Today was legs and usually I hate legs. I like to skip leg day sometimes but this is just 2 moves and 10 reps each round for 3 rounds then a #HIIT component. - This style of workout also happens to be the most effective of workouts for visible results for me. May not work the same for you but who can beat 4 freakin workouts per week???? - Also here’s to hoping that
